Some might think House Sitting is for retired couples who spend all day just sitting at home and waiting for the mailman to come so they can venture outside. Wrong! House sitting is a way to live in many places without the vacation costs. I've actually house sat for many of my friends and families already and always enjoyed the lifestyle. Here are a few of the families I've stayed with. Feel free to contact them with any questions.
Rebecca and Joe George- rebecca@cascadescepters.com I stayed at their house for a little over week while they took a work/vacation to Arizona. Joe's a bit of a rock hound (well more than a bit really, it's his job) so the Rock and Gem Show was perfect for them. I don't think he'll mind a plug for his business, check him out at http://www.cascadescepters.com/.
Ed and Marly Moore-ed_marly@msn.com I lived in their home and cared for their 3 horses for over a week. I absolutely loved this job. They live on a mini farm now with chickens and I would love to house sit for this family again.
Charis Biesold- charis@ihmail.com I've stayed in her home many times and taken care on occasion for her many dogs. I sometimes work for her on Fridays caring and walking her dogs from her Pet Nanny business. You can call me her personal assistant. She gets pretty busy grooming cute little and sometimes rather large dogs so I clean house, run errands for her and straighten her life out for her. Also, if you have a dog that needs a groom while you are away, I'd be happy to take your pooch up to Issaquah for a groom. Here is her business website http://www.highlandspetnanny.com/
